Kardia not compatible with my phone & my heart rate's 48. I'm told that will generate an unclassified(?) Report.

Other than Kardia by alive cor, are there any recommended devices that prints or saves ekg for emailing?
This is directly from Apple's website regarding the Apple Watch 4:
View and share your Health information
The ECG waveform, its associated classifications, and any noted symptoms will be saved in the Health app on your iPhone. You can also share a PDF with your doctor.
Open the Health app.
Tap the Health Data tab, tap Heart > Electrocardiogram (ECG).
Tap an ECG result, then tap Export a PDF for Your Doctor.
Kardia is compatible with iOS and android platforms. What phone do you have? A rate below 50 is now reported as bradycardia.
If you check kardia site, you'll find a list of phones that are compatible. I have a Samsung j7 v (android 8.1) it's not on the list and I emailed svc. I can't use this phone with a kardia.
I have a Kardia and an old Omron HEM-801. The Omron is good but very expensive.
I find my Kardia very useful, and in your shoes I would invest in a new phone rather than an Apple Watch. This uses optical sensors which are not always accurate, particularly in AF.
I agree. I think it's a wiser investment to get an iPhone than an Apple Watch. Both are really helpful tools for me in managing AF.
I just got a Heart Math Inner Balance sensor to work with Heart Rate Variability and I can use it with my iPhone.
It's worth it to look around for deals!
That's a list of mobile phones that it has been tested with, supported and guaranteed to be compatible. It's impossible to test every Android phone and model as there are thousands of them. There are a lot more phones that work but aren't on that list, including the following J7's:
Samsung SM-S727V Galaxy J7 (2017)
Samsung SM-S727T Galaxy J7 (2017)
Samsung SM-S727VL Galaxy J7 (2017)
Samsung J701F Galaxy J7 Nxt
Samsung SM-J737V J7 (2018)
Samsung SM-S727U Galaxy J7 (2017)
Samsung SM-J737A J7 (2018)
Samsung SM-J737T J7 (2018)
Samsung SM-J737U J7 (2018)
Samsung SM-S727P Galaxy J7 (2017)
However, I guess it's somewhat of a risk if you buy the device and don't have a mobile phone that is officially supported.
In my experience, Kardia will work with some phones not listed. They only list the ones they have thoroughly tested for compatibility.
Yes ! The beurer ME90. It`s really good and does an ECG on your phone or tablet using the free app.
10/10 from me.
Best,
Paul
My phone isn't listed but works fine with the kardia
I have a Samsung J5 2016, and it works with that. You could get one second hand cheaply just to use with the Kardia, then continue to use your original phone for daily use.
Thank you. I know I've had afib episodes the last several days.....I have an appointment with cardiologist, but I realize an ekg can only tell me what is going on in those few seconds.
Model SM J727V
If I buy the kardia and it doesnt work with my phone, can I return for refund?
Any news as to compatibility? SM J727V
