Here is a screenshot from Kardia which I took the day before yesterday. The rate was 143bpm. It seems to show atrial flutter (which was commented on when I had ECG’s in hospital and in the ambulance). It looks like the characteristic saw-tooth pattern in parts. But I am no expert in analysing ECGs.

I might be wrong Samazeuilh but that trace looks very strange, as if there is some interference. Did you try another trace at the time and did your heartrate feel like
140-ish? If you feel the trace is accurate, it might be worth sending it to Kardia for an analysis.
I will send it for analysis as you suggest.
The R-R interval suggests AF not flutter. I would say these are not flutter waves, probably just interference from muscle tremor or nearby electrical cable. Interesting that the interference has a cycle length between 600 and 900. I believe the atrial rate in flutter is between 200-400.
It can be easier to spot flutter in Lead II and the centre of the chest as described on the Alivecor website.
Just a non medical opinion, Fibfab and DrDave01 the inventor of the Kardia are sometimes free to give a professional opinion.
I don’t know how accurate Kardia is at detecting flutter. The ambulance crew said there was some flutter on their ECG and a cardiac nurse looked at the hospital ECG amd will Post it to me so that cAn send it to St Barts.
did you feel unwell? the rate doesn't look that fast and the base line looks like interference/artefact imo.
