Linq hot in chest

Hello this is my first post .I had a heart reveal Linq monitor op 4 weeks ago.it was extremely painful ,I lost all colour in my face and lost blood ,I couldn't breath or talk for about 30seconds.now weeks later my chest burns .the linq gives off heat and I can feel it,does anybody else have this?

See your doctor as soon as possible. We are not medically trained but it sounds like there may be an infection.

When I had one fitted nearly 6 years ago there was very little pain. If you think that was painful wait till it's removed. Not that it was painful, but it was really uncomfortable. I felt everything. After it was all over there was no trouble whatsoever. So as Bob states there could well be some infection. Anyway, good luck to you, and take care. Dave

Hi Bob. It looks like you have posted twice about this. Anyway, my recorder was put in with no issues at all. I can hardly tell it is there and I don't expect any issue when they take it out eventually. You need to speak to someone at the cardiology unit to find out what is going on. Hopefully nothing desperate but it will be worrying until you find out and worrying is the last thing that you need.
