Hello you bouncy, bumpy hearted lot. I hope everyone’s feeling well and happy. I’m coming up to two years since my ablation, been off of meds for a year and four months now. AF has changed my life, in many ways for the better. I had a very very hard time healing from my ablation it took me at least a year to get back to normal. If anyone is having a hard time mentally, please don’t suffer alone,I went to see a great humanistic therapist and worked through all my problems whilst healing and this is why AF done me a big favour. I worked my way through my mental problems as well as physical and I am now a more rounded and happy person as a result. Without my AF attacks this wouldn’t have happened. Something else has happened also, which I am soooo looking forward to, is the arrival of my third daughter in June

I hope you’re all doing well x
