12 hours to go !!! xxx

Arghhhhh tomorrow's the day for my ablation and I can't believe it's happening after 3 years of me putting it off. I nearly cancelled today a couple of times but I just thought of the 210bpm last event and it convinced me to go ahead. There may be a problem with scar tissue from my asd op when I was a kid but I'm sure they will do their best.... No point worrying now. One good thing I'm too tired to be dramatic and create too much. Will let you know when I can. xxoxx

Well if it helps ........ for the slight discomfort and anxiety you have now , I experienced a brilliant nights sleep after my operation and not being woken up by AF is brilliant. 7 months post op and life is back to normal. No meds and training again so it’s definitely worth it in the long run. I hope it all goes well for you.

I think we have all wanted to change our mind last minute but I for one was glad I didn’t, you have the easy part - think positive throughs - talk to your body to prepare it - keep up the positive self talk - know from experience that it can really help you cope. xxx

Good luck Sara, will be thinking of you and sending positive vibes. You'll wonder why you were so nervous about having the procedure afterwards.

Big reassuring hug being sent your way.

Best wishes for a positive outcome. You don't want to spend too much time at 210bpm so it must be the right strategy!
