You are not a bit stupid Paydayn - I’m only an amateur but the trace looks like sinus rhythm to me - there are fairly equal spacings of R’s. She may have been nervous or there is shake to account for the wobbly trace. It’s not unlike my own sometimes!

Much appreciated Finvola thank you yeah could be just nerves when she saw the trace she was a bit nervous

I can’t see the spacings too well but if you print the trace you can measure the R peaks more accurately. Mark three or four on a piece of paper and compare them with others on the trace.

Looks typical female as far as my limited knowledge goes. I understand male and female have different magnitudes of ups and downs. When I borrowed an experimental device for some random testing one Heart Rhythm Week I had to tell it male or female or it gave incorrect results which is the only reason I know. Not kardia obviously.

I have to say this male/female difference is new to me. Who gave you this information Bob?

The designer of the device. Sadly although it gave a very good trace and many more options than Kardia he never managed to find the investment to really break into the market although he did put a suite into a few surgeries all of whom loved it. The vertical height of the traces for ladies were noticeable lower than for men.

Looks like NSR. Can't tell the rate for certain, but looks normal.. nothing to worry about.

It is not only children who can't stop themselves with gadgets! Mine are all much older but everyone has tried my Kardia from grandsons to my extended family. It looks fine to me.
