Losartan and dizziness.

I am currently taking Furisemide 80mg, Losartan 50mg,daily and Apixaban 5mg twice daily for heart failure. I sleep well but 30 to 60 minutes after waking I have severe dizziness and have to lie down for a hour. Any suggestions?

Have you checked your blood pressure to see if there is a difference when standing and when sitting / lying down?

Yes my blood pressure is normal. 112/75.

Nice! And no variation? Some people go from something like 130/70 lying down to 110/50 standing up and have to get out of bed slowly to avoid feeling dizzy.
