All Done

Hi everyone. I am now home. Did not go to plan, as I had to stay in until my BP rose to 120/70. It plummeted during the procedure. Both groins are battered and bruised. At least my HR is down and I feel better in that respect. Now for a quiet time recuperating. I will report in with updates. Thank you.

Feet up and listen to your body. If it says sleep then sleep! Last week after my first day back at work for 6 months I slept for 12 hours because I obviously needed it.

Hope you have close family to help you over Xmas. X
