Heard Chris Evans this morning as I was on my way back from INR test. I know he is a car nut but was surprised by his life insight. He was talking about people who worry about the future and by doing so waste their lives.

"Night is always followed by day. never had a double night yet. Spring comes after winter. Good things will always follow bad and calm will follow chaos. Don't waste the energy you need to deal with a bad situation by worrying that they may happen".

Thanks Chris I couldn't have put it better myself.

Following the playing earlier of " The class of 99 -!Wear sunscreen" it has been a morning of inspiration!

Well said Bob ..... Worry is an unnecessary burden as it doesn't change a situation or help anyone ..

I love that Bob. Thanks. My grandma would always say “It’s always darkest before the dawn”. 😊

We are on the verge of the world's sixth mass extinction unless people radically change their lifestyles. Worrying about the future is a posative thing, it gives us the impetus to act. If we don't, night might well follow night!
