Two weeks since op. Update from Rienij

Hi friends, thank you all for the very positive vibes and good wishes. Hospital rang this afternoon and got an appointment next Tuesday, with my consultant to discuss the histology report and how to proceed further. I tried to get more inf. from the specialist oncology nurse. But she didn’t know and said he likes to see patients face to face. So will have to wait. Changing the subject. I had twice within days of coming home AFib episodes. First night the. Paramedic took me into A&E than two days later another bout with coughing up blood. Which of course is from the tube down your throat. So rang our surgery, did not want to go back to A&E. She told me to take two extra beta blockers. Wait half an hour in between. Has anybody been given that advice in the past. She told me not to stand on a ladder as my blood pressure might drop. Is it me or is it weird? Love Rienij

Hiya! Yes,i came off daily dose of betablocker,made my heart rate too low.But if I get a fast AF episode,not so often,usually slow jumping about AF, I can take 5 mg bisoprolol,and another if needed. Works well for me so far!

I take 2.5 Twice a day so infact I took 10 mg that day. It made smile when she said don’t stand on a ladder! I just had surgery! It worked just wonder how safe it is to do that. Rienij
