Mild jaundice with AF meds?

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced jaundice while taking Apixaban and Flecainide?

For the last few weeks my the palms of my hands and soles of my feet have been yellow. I think my skin elsewhere is very slightly yellow (but it's hard to tell as I have a bit of a tan from now living in Spain), however the whites of my eyes seem okay. I visisted the UK last week and spoke to the local practice pharmacist and was given a liver function blood test. I'll call for the results this week.

In the meantime, just wondering if anyone else on this med combination has had similar problems?

It may not actually be jaundice at all, but in case it is you should get it checked out urgently with a blood test (LFTs) from your GP

Thank you, yes I did have a blood test for liver function last week, will hopefully get the results when I call the GP today. The yellow hands and feet seem to correspond with carotenemia, which could be due to a number of causes (although I don't eat excessive amounts of foods with that colour in).
