Dry needling while on Rivaroxaban

I have a knot in my calf muscle that won't loosen so will visit a physio to get some dry needling work done on it.

I had this done a while back but can't remember if i was taking Rivaroxaban then.

Is the Rivaroxaban likely to cause any issues with the needling?

If I bleed a bit more than usual that won't bother me. This knot is causing more than enough pain.

Very unlikely to cause a problem.

I've visited physios on warfarin with lots of issues with my calf, back, groin muscles etc, had a lot of ironing out with various instruments such as knuckle dusters and rolling pins and no problems. They sorted the issues out too.
