Hi I’m Skipping Beats

Quite new here & First time I’ve originated a post, though I have replied to others, mostly re Flecainide.

I’ve noticed a few skipped beats this afternoon - expect this is quite common? Feels weird!

Usually ectopics. Try slow deep breathing Try to slow your breathing down to less than six breaths a minute for five minutes.

Many thanks, trying it now. Editing 1 hour on - worked a treat thanks. Palpitations also reduced.

I seemed to get skipped beats in my afib, yes it does feel weird.....
