Afib & Exercise

While doing some exercise related internet research i came across this little piece which i found i could relate to.

bikeradar.com/road/gear/art...

What i also found interesting was one of the comments regarding the magnesium supplements. Note this article is from 2015

One thing i have been strict with on my own return to exercise is that after most sessions i ensure i drink a pint of water with an electrolyte (inc. magnesium) tab dropped in. I also take an additional magnesium capsule (one of the ones recommended on this forum) if it's been particularly hard effort ie getting very sweaty

Good article, very interesting to me as a long term cyclist and runner etc.

There certainly are some common threads through all of this, including BobD's favourite comment (it seems to me anyway) ... i.e. why would you drink alcohol, knowing it's such a common trigger? :)

Thank you for sharing.
