I'll second that.

I'm with you Bloo!

I went from being terrified of a fib( 2+ yr ago), to thinking of it as the dreaded relative that shows up at your door unannounced. I try pretending Im not home but it keeps knocking!!! Hate takes too much energy, I would say annoying, lol

Oops , bad day??????

You have it , like loads of us, think positive !!

Look around you, watch the news, you could have something much much worse.Imagine if you were unable to write that post on this forum .

What is the end anyway?

I try and use it as a tool to improve my health as I am determined 'the little devil' is going to be useful as well as a pain. To date lifestyle changes have been very beneficial in a number of areas and would not have happened if AF hadn't appeared. You maybe can't change it but with practice you can change the way you think about it. Best wishes.

Yep! X

I just think I'd rather have AF and a heart condition than some of the other terrible diseases out there. ☺️

AF is a lot better than cancer, or stroke, or dementia etc.etc. I hated it too, but I keep telling myself it's far away from the worst thing that could happen.

It's not the best thing to happen to you that's for sure, but it's not the worst thing that could happen. You're cheesed off & that's allowed. You probably felt better after you'd typed your post 😉
