So sorry to hear this. I had a minor TIA last October and recovered well, I was just observed for 12 hours as Myasthenia mimics signs of stroke - but I knew it wasn’t Myasthenia. Rest and recuperate - wishing you a speedy recovery.

Oh dear, so scary! How did you know something was wrong? Last time I was in A&E the woman opposite me had a brain bleed and started out fairly chirpy but deteriorated before she was taken away to a neuro hospital. I always wondered how she got on. Hope you recover well.

So very sorry. It must be scary for you but my sister’s husband had a brain bleed and recovered nicely after about 3 weeks. He’s now back to his 5 mile run @ 73 young with persistent A-Fib and the accompanied medications. So hold on to those lives-you will heal soon. 🌸digital hug to you.

Just to let you all know I am now home after subarachnoid haemorrhage and recovering slowly, my pulse is somewhat high but blood pressure fairly normal.

Thank god my EP had taken me off riveroxaban as the having the haemorrhage would have been fatal. I have had no further episodes of PAF but quite a few ectopic beats. I go back to Kings College Hospital in 3 months for a check up and still not allowed to drive.
