I live in one of the top 10 healthiest cities in the world- Perth (Australia). I have now got to get myself back on the healthy list 😀

And to my friends in Manchester, you got a mention but unfortunately, you’re on the wrong list.

Liverpool didn't make any list 😀🤔

Here’s the full list from the original data source. No Liverpool and London is number 40, 8 spots higher than Sydney. Just goes to show I live on the right side of Oz 😀

Thanks Kaz, interesting list, but I'm surprised Wellington NZ isn't in the top 10. Must be to do with hours of sunshine. At least this proves that you don't all get eaten by sharks lol

Very true 😀 especially if you don’t go in the ocean

My kiwi son-in-law lived in Perth for years and tells me it's one of the best places on earth :-)

It’s a beautiful spot with a great lifestyle, especially for families. It’s just a long way from the rest of the world 🌍

I get that same feeling of isolation when I visit my daughter and family in Hawke's Bay. Nothing but thousands of miles of ocean ahead of them. I rather like it :-)

It must be the early hours of the morning where you are. Hope you get some good sleep tonight and that you're feeling ok.

Best wishes H x

It was the early hours of the morning. I struggled to sleep last night. Not sure if it was because of the general anaesthetic or the change in drugs or just st the excitement of yesterday. Generally I’ve been sleeping 8-9 hours sleep since being on a dose of meds but last night I only managed 4 hours 20 minutes (according to my Fitbit.

I saw your first post yesterday after I'd seen this one and was so sorry to hear what happened to you. I think GAs can mess up your sleep pattern ... hope you sleep like a log tonight 😴

Well I slept for 8 hours and 43 minutes last night. Feeling a lot brighter today 😎

Ooh that's a lot better 😃. Hope you're having a better day too! It's been very hot here (by our standards!) and not so easy to sleep, I envy you your beautiful winter 😊

After a walk by the water earlier I’ve been snuggling up under a warm blanket reading a book. It’s been freezing here. Feel free to send your hot spell over this way. Roll on summer 😎

Not a bad thing being a long way from the rest of the world.

We're staying near Cottesloe so if you're not too far we could meet for a cuppa as we go into the city also Fremantle which I love. I'll keep you posted nearer the time. 😎

We lived in Cottesloe when we first moved here in the 60s (I was a little kid then) and we’re not too far away.
