I get that same feeling of isolation when I visit my daughter and family in Hawke's Bay. Nothing but thousands of miles of ocean ahead of them. I rather like it

It was the early hours of the morning. I struggled to sleep last night. Not sure if it was because of the general anaesthetic or the change in drugs or just st the excitement of yesterday. Generally I’ve been sleeping 8-9 hours sleep since being on a dose of meds but last night I only managed 4 hours 20 minutes (according to my Fitbit.
