Foods to increase Energy

I have commented a lot recently on foods and was asked the question about anti-inflammatory foods. Rather than answer that within a thread I am posting this video giving simple reasons of why to look at what to eat and what and what not to eat.

Thanks CD one of the leading 'new doctors' of today, his advice cross references with other reading I have done from innovative sources not influenced by Big Pharma or Big Food Corporates. I think we are within 10 years of the scandal over food really breaking, the biggest yet, to manifest with personal cases suing the Food Companies.

Please post his next video.

I think we are within 5 years of the scandal breaking - started already. Next video posted! I seem to have missed the one on sleep but will find and post.

You may well be right, no doubt there will be a huge shift, as all trust goes out the window, to growing your own or joining the many Community Food Growing Initiatives. Thanks for posting the vids.

I have to smile at the 'new wave ' doctors, they are actually advocating that we eat the way we used to eat 'earth to table' with a minimum of handling.

...it is CD and something I have tried to do all my life :-) .

We have lost something in how we live over the years, it is quite sad we need videos to remind us.
