I read with my coffe in my hand about to have my bacon on buttered home made bread (once a month treat} and through a very heavy lens of skepticism.

Not much you can have according to that list! Plus if in any doubt.... one of them is ‘too much of anything’ !!

All I'll say is - everything in moderation.

If you have 4 strong coffees a day or constantly sit there eating salty snacks then it's best that you don't.... but there's nothing wrong with a balanced diet.

It's not like we all sit here eating fry ups every few days or anything (I wish ;) )
