Yes, it is beautiful and the only noise is the seagulls this time of year... .The place is East Preston, West Sussex. Please don't tell anyone !

Looks excellent, very much part of my AF rehab is my daily walks on what I call a 'Nature Trail' - so lucky just 200 metres from our front door - rare lowland heath, all UK reptiles, deer, ephemeral lakes, geese, Little egrets, Lapwings etc etc plus Longhorn cattle browsing (i.e. eating not just grass but any vegetation) - 6am this morning perfect!

I am so envious! We live a good hours drive from the coast, but it's too much in this heat! We will be moaning when it's raining and cold, but it's just too much at the moment. I find that I keep getting a rapid heart rate too, so it's watching Wimbledon this week( except for a few social outings).
