I have accidently deleated my alive core app how can i get it back
alive core: I have accidently deleated... - Atrial Fibrillati...
alive core
Go to Google Play Store and reinstall it.
I had the original Alive core app but it wouldn't allow me to send off an E.C.G for analysis at the usual £5.00 cost.
I rang Alive core and they said I should uninstall the old app and re -install the new app which should solve the problem. Also when I said I didn't want to subscribe monthly, just send off the odd reading at a one off cost, they said no problem just don't subscribe to the "Premium upgrade". I did this and now I find I can't use the old alive core pad and I have to pay £99.00 for the new "Kardia" pad!
I tried to retrieve my old app and re-install, so I could use my old pad, but couldn't even find it in the deleted apps section on my phone, which was very strange as all the other deleted apps were there to find.
It really is makes me think that Alive core could be stopping the facility for one off payment on the old app purposely so that people will sign up to subscriptions on the new app.
Therefore beware if you're thinking of deleting the old app as it is going to cost you at least £99.00 to get up and running again plus a monthly subscription !!
Thanks for that! I have free lifetime premium upgrade as an earlier subscriber. My Kardia stopped working 4/7/18.....i was about to reinstall but will now wait to hear from Kardia.
Cant read your post why has it been blocked?
I am trying to discover why !
I asked my son and he said you should be able to re-install any app so maybe someone from Kardia /Alive core could explain why you cant and have to buy the new Kardia when there is nothing wrong with your old device.
All very strange, a notice just appeared on the side of my posts saying about "content on Health Unlock does not replace the relationship between you and your doctors etc" don't know why that appeared, as a member of Health Unlock I am just trying to clarify the situation.
Just had info that many stopped working at the same time as yours. I believe Alivcor brought out an upgrade to Kardia yesterday which probably means it is now subscription only!
Hey there souljacs4 if you're phone is an android phone then simply go to the google play store on the phone type kardia app into the search and you will see it listed and re install it re sign in once installed and your good to go.
If you read the comments below the AliveCor app in Google Play there is a useful work around posted. I am getting the message that the app may not be optimised for my Nexus 7, hope no problems with my iPhone 🤔😡
