Howl do I manage Meneire's disease?

How do I manage Meneire's disease? My doctor diagnosed it but offered no methods of managing it with diet, exercise, or otherwise. I'm looking for a regimen/routine that will help with the reduction of sodium in my diet. How much? How little? Complete abstinence? Also, some ideas for fluid consumption throughout the day.

Searching Healthunlocked for a Meneires forum may help. WE are predominantly for atrial fibrillation .

Has your doctor given you some medication, he should have.

If you go to the healthunlocked home page and search the forums for Meneires several posts come up from various forums. I hope this helps you. I don’t have it personally, but I do understand it’s not easy to live with.

I suffered from it several years ago... it seemed to be related to salt. I stopped all junk food, chips, pizza, etc... and started yoga and meditation to reduce stress. It stopped after a month and has not returned. Good luck!

Oh my. I am a huge salt lover. My BP was always low 90/50 so never a problem.
