If anything at all I'm finding that keeping my HR down to low numbers ie mid 60s to 70s and keeping my system from having to work too hard eg not over eating/drinking

Some days I can really feel it and other days it doesn't bother me too much. Mostly down to eating the wrong food (for me) or over exertion so calmness is always a plus. Other than that as has already been said - check it out with your GP.

Hi

First get AF under control with H/Rate at rest under 100.

I had a stroke with rapid persistent AF. Then Thyroid cancer found. Removed within 5 months post Stroke.

I had symptoms when AF not controlled excessive sweating and stopped whilst walking.

Controlled on exertion I have second stops. Dr says blood not getting around eveningly.

Never had pain, flutters or palpations.

Lost 6kg over last year which helped H/Rate down to 60s Day, 47 always, at night.

Have you had anything done regarding the leaky heart valve? If you haven't, that could be the problem. If it has been dealt with then I would definitely have a chat with your GP with regard to the Afib. Xx

If there are any changes you should go back to see your cardio or EP . so that's the way forward. It is likely you may need something changed in your treatment plan.
