I got a pv ablation for atrial tacycardia end end up with pericarditis and aspiration pneumonia right after surgery was re admitted to the hospital twice in the first week the given meds and released my question is it's been 8 weeks shouldn't I be feeling a 100% by now . Any one have experienced this let me know what to expect thanks.

Three to six months is generally considered the recovery period for ablation so hopefully you should start to feel better soon BUT do call your EP team if you are worried.

You're still relatively "early" in your recovery, it is different for everyone but like Bob says if you're worried need to contact someone for reassurance.

pneumonia takes some time to fully recover from and so you've been quite poorly with several things going on, However, listen to your body and get checked by doctor if concerned.

In my experience (had both) pneumonia and pericarditis take some time to recover from especially added to an ablation, but if you feel something isn't right you should contact someone.

Yes it's normal. Don't worry but obviously see a doctor if the bad times increase rather than decrease.
