If I take my last Xarelto at 6pm on Sunday night, will it be out my system by Wednesday?

The half life of these drugs is very low so should be well gone.

If I get anxiety issues, sometimes it helps me to think of all the people who have got through the same thing and are absolutely fine. I also find as relaxation exercise helps. Lots on you tube. Have a look at Mark Williams

I believe the half life is 12 hrs, so after 24 hrs only 25% will be there, after another 24hrs only 6% will be around and by Wednesday morning there will only be a small trace of about 3%.
