I find my daily 2.5 bisoprolol is more tolerable if I take it at night.

Be aware that taking beta blockers before sleep can bring on vidid dreams in some people. Give it a try but obviously if you are one of these people you'll probably want to go back to mornings.

Yes everybody is different as I said. I was losing too much sleep so now go with 7.5mg nebivolol at 9am and another 2.5mg at 5pm so that it's wearing off before I get into deep sleep.

I was initially on 2.5 mg bisoprol or was horrible and put me to sleep in 40 minutes. Felt horrible when i was awake 4 hours or so later. Did this for a week went onto Attenonol another beta blocker, less bad but still very tired so only kept awake for 6 hours or so . Did this for 2 weeks and then my GP decided I did not tolerate beta blockers and moved me to calcium channel blockers instead which are not great but are sooooo much better for me than beta blockers. I understand that a lot of people cannot tolerate beta blockers.

Because of my naturally slow heart rate I was feeling unwell taking even 1.25mg of bisoprorol and have had my dose reduced to half a tablet daily for the last 6 months, which is 0.6 mg, but it seems to keep my AF at bay fairly well!

Hi....I was on 2 different medications that are like Bisoprolol & they made me feel horrible. My doctor changed my meds to "Atenolol" & I feel just fine now. I hope you feel better, soon!
