I have PAF and was working fulll time until 6weeks ago, I have reduced my hours from 39 to 33 hours per week. The trouble I am finding that I am still shattered at the end of each day. When we are flat out at work I am finding my heart pumping from around 135 to 170bpm for around 3-4hrs a day. Employers not very sympathetic, They have all the information they need from hospital to occy health, I am stressing out each day too wondering what they are going to do about my job, Sorry for the rant but does anyone think I may be doing to much on a daily basis and pushing my ticker to the limit.
