In the past we (well I) have assumed that there is no device that one can buy which can continuously monitor your heart. This device seems to be designed for the sports market so not sure if it would be practicable to monitor during the night but could be useful for those wanting to train hard?

I'm not going to rush out to buy one, quite happy with all the technology I have - Kardia & iWatch but for someone struggling to know whether or not they are having AF during the night ???????

Thanks, looks to be a great idea - its available on Amazon - the one review is not too good, but one is not necessarily significant. When I get back to exercising I will consider one of these.
