My ablation for perimitral atrial flutter (in the left atrium) took one hour. I had no complications, no groin bruising, barely a few cuts for the catheters. that was the good news. The bad news is four months later I am still going in and out of arrhythmia.

When you say, "9 months to settle down," do you mean you were then in sinus for a while -- for how long-- for the flutter to then appear.
