I keep reading about magnesium helping if you have afib is there anyone on this site that is taking it and has it helped you

Hi Kingsley, yes it's been discussed many times on here. At the top right hand of this page you will find a search box. Type magnesium into this and it will throw up loads of info.

yes kingsley I take 2x 500 mg (natures own) and although my AF is permanently "ticking over", since taking the magnesium it remains very subdued/stable with no flare ups

I take two different forms of magnesium ... both powder form mixed in liquids. I have had two episodes... in one year ... never before the two and never after starting magnesium. ..
