Perimitral Atrial Flutter

Any comments from those who have had an ablation for perimitral atrial flutter? Did anyone have ethanol injection into the vein of Marshall? What was the outcome at the three month blanking period, and at 6 months?

On Feb. 20th, I will be at the three month blanking period and I am now in sinus rhythm for a continuous 8 days, but I have had many episodes to reach this point.
