Ablation at Glenfield

Has anyone had a Ablation at Glenfield for A F and not been on Amiodarone,

Iv,e been on it for 2 years, had a Ablation a year ago and got to go for another one witch could be 6 months away and they want me to stay on Amiodarone to have a better chance of it working, just wondering with they will still go ahead with Ablation if i come off Amiodarone as time is going by don;t want to be on it for another year.
