No - The main thing to take is that about one person in every seven doesn't, and it could make a huge difference to them - And that one could have any number of health problems, including AF!

Some people can be deficient if they go through prolonged periods of stress and anxiety. Usually these stressful times can cause your body's stores of potassium and magnesium to become depleted.
