Back to work 6 weeks post ablation, and awaiting a plan from my EP about further ablation therapy.
Saw occupational health on the same day, and they suggested 50% clinical this week (rest off) and 75% next week (rest off) then back to full duties. I'm dropping my hours to just 23 as of January anyway, as I simply can't cope with the physical demands of the job any more. Not just from an AF perspective but the osteoarthritis flareups.
Aside from the usual "are you better " questions it was good to be back, and I have missed it.

This was something I could never get an accurate answer on from anyone on how long I would need to beoff work after my ablation .i know it depends on the nature of your job and what it involves.I have just come back to work 3 weeks post ablation and am struggling.I work on a busy paediatric ward as a HCA and the ward is in the full throws of winter already .On my first day back I did 22000 steps .Feel like I haven't had the support I should have got and maybe I should have had the support of occupational health. Sorry for the rant !!
Well, it lasted 6 and a bit weeks. Tonight after moving the coffee table and doing some general tidying of DVD shelf and boiler cupboard, I flipped into AF again. It's not "fast" at 120 as it was last time, its between 60-105 but very irregular.
Looks like work is off the cards and EP 20th can't come soon enough.
