Hi BC can I suggest when you are back at work you try to avoid undue stress.
If you find yourself getting angry or anxious try slow deep breathing and walk away from the situation until you are calm. Many of us find that getting anxious and raising our adrenaline levels can contribute to AF. Remember your heart comes first so treat it with care.
