Recently several people have said that starting to take magnesium supplements has decreased their ectopic burden considerably (but check with your doctor first, in case there are contraindications for you).
Sorry to hear that Bushy. It's a hard old life! I've read people say on here that doing deep breathing for 5-10 minutes can reduce them and also taking magnesium.

I am also 10 weeks out of ablation, and I am having palpitations quite often. I am hoping that it’s because my heRt is fighting to keep itself out of AFIB. Maybe I am being too optimistic, but I do not want to go to the negative thoughts... thinking the ablation failed. The palpitations last about 30 seconds.
I do notice, however, that when I have even one glass of wine, the palpitations are stronger and last longer. I have given up wine!!! A Corona Light is a better choice!
Hi, they say Alcohol awakens the beast!!!...havent had a drink since diagnosed...good luck
