Is there any problem taking Septra while taking Eliquis? Thank you. Jim

I'm afraid I don't know, but I'd always ask the pharmacist dispensing my prescription questions such as this one. I think they are the experts on what is contraindicated with what. In the meantime, are the leaflets included with the two medications helpful?

umm...not much help sorry, i am back on warfarin...i dont trust taking something you cant test, as for the antibiotic....i use colloidial silver 500 ppm no drug interactions or side effects...

i did read where it can affect your INR......CHECK PHARMACIST...

You better ask your pharmacist every time your taking antibiotics with Eliquis it's hard into our liver.
