Worried well?

Was diagnosed with PAF four years ago and take Dabigatran, frusemide, Bisoprolol, Felodipine and Atorvastatin. I also take Levothyroxine.

Had one attack necessitating A&E in February otherwise fine but the last few weeks am getting a couple of attacks a week lasting all night and the next morning and also feel as if something is squeezing my head the rest of the time. Blood pressure usually about 146/65 and resting heart rate 51.

We are away from home for a few weeks in our Motorhome and worry should I knock it on the head and go home?
