Been on 5mg for a couple of years, just been upped to 10mg. I also have candestartan and doxazosin. Feel tired all the time but hard o say what drug. Having terrible fast heart rate so now getting digoxin. So depressed. 12 week wait to see cardiologist.

Like you I take Bisoprolol 5mg each day and have a heart rate around 55-60. I feel tired all of the time and also suffer from joints aching. The evening is the worst when I usually feel absolutely awful. According to my GP these are all down to the Bisoprolol.

More than likely - go back to your GP immediately. I couldn't tolerate Bisoprolol and many people cannot.

Other meds are available!

I was only on 1.25 mg bisoprolol - the lowest dose- and it wiped me out. Do speak to your GP /cardiologist for an alternative.

Take care
