I am not sure how much magnesium taurate to take each day for Afib? I am taking 125 mg twice a day.

Hi Slattery :-) the RDA for magnesium is 400-420 mg/day for men and 310-320 for women . I eat a lot of food containing magnesium around half my RDA so usually take just one capsule a day .

I would say that is very much on the low side but as Doodle says it also depends on whether you are eating high quality food from soils that haven't been depleted, which is hard to find unless you grow your own and nurtured your soil for a long time. I would see an experienced Naturopath and consider having a blood test for the Mg, I don't think there is one for Taurine levels - if anyone has had one here please share.
