For the past few weeks I have been feeling only what I can describe as "foggy" in my head with pressure behind my eyes. I have fallen on three occasions and all I know is I don't even have time to put my hands out to break my fall resulting in me injuring my face. I haven't fell for the past two weeks (touch wood) but still feel "wobbly" at times and my vision is affected but only for a few seconds. I have paroxysmal AF and my heart rate is up and down. My medication has been changed recently to just Flecanide (100 mg) twice a day because I was very lethargic from the Bisoprol. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms.

Hi.

Could be anything. Particularly because you have actually fallen, you need to be checked out by the doctor if not at the hospital to see why you have fallen.

Phil

Agree with pip pip, get checked out maybe heart rate/ blood pressure too low. Take your time getting up from bed or chair. Let us know how you get on but do see someone regarding foggy and falling

Another vote for getting checked out either by GP or as BH weekend is upon us ring 111 for advice or go to a walk in centre if you have one locally. Hope you feel better soon

I blacked out recently and was taken to a&e by ambulance, blood test showed I had a high white blood cell count and the newbie dr said it was probably due to high steroid (10mg) daily dose, kept in over night and next morning the phlebotomist could not get a blood sample so she said blow it. Sent home and three days later at my asthma review at the hospital the Consultant said I had a bad chest infection, and wanted to know why I had not had a chest x-ray. So Yes go to a&e to find out why you are the way you are at the moment. Hope you are better soon.
