Resting HR remains mostly from high 50s to 69s unless I move around--even walking in slow motion causes a spike mostly to 120s - 130s but today up to 200. Goes down to 60 s when I stop all movement but I experience a headache and anxiety. Sometimes drops to 30s and 40s. Is this normal after 5 weeks post ablation?

Post ablation HR
I think we are all different and each time we have an ablation the aftermath is different.
I had an ablation 9 weeks ago. In the first few weeks I had similar symptoms to you except the upper limit was only about 130.
This was my 6th ablation and was the first time I have had these particular symptoms.
In the past 2 weeks my heart is settling down and I am feeling a lot better, hopeful I am through the worst.
Give it a bit longer but if you are really concerned, do what I did and call your EP and ask for professional advice.

Tachycardia is quite normal for a few weeks after ablation but those are quite wild swings. I would ring your Arrythmia clinic nurse and ask.
The connection to anxiety and movement or stopping may be to do with the vagus nerve. Perhaps try doing some vagal tone breathing exercises to help self sooth?
Slow your breathing down to 6 breaths or less per minute. Use your diaphragm to breath in slowly into your belly and on exhaling. Breath slowly and regularly and focus entirely on your breath with eyes closed in a quiet place seated in an upright position. Think about calm, you can repeat the word as a mantra - or if you are visual - imagine an image that represents the word 'balance'.
Practice for at least 5 minutes per day.
