Really scared worried about Afib being back...

I had my first and only cryoablation on July21 of 2016. I had a terrible complication of having a 9 pound hematoma on my left thigh from the incision down to the knee. It kept me off my feet for weeks because it hurt so badly when I walked. But I got over it. My PE implanted a loop recorder in October of 2016. Here's what has me shaking and scared: starting this past March, I experienced episodes of dizziness. I went and had every test they could think of, including brain scan, ENT testing, etc. But the dizziness has gotten worse. When I sit or lay down, I'm okay. Not great, but okay. But when I get up to do something, I have to hold on to the wall. And now I've begun to experience fatigue and breathlessness when I do anything at all. My quality of life is gone. All I do is sit or lay down and watch tv. No appetite. Find it hard to do anything at all without getting tired, tired, tired. Blood work fine. No alerts have come through on my loop recorder for Afib, but in the past week I have begun to experience a quivering feeling in my chest which has woken me up several times a night. I feel like my heart is not quite right. If I try to do anything, I begin to feel shaky and weak. My pulse is in the 80s when not doing anything. I'm terrified something else may have gone wrong with my heart. Any advice, comments, or muttering would be so very much appreciated. I'm living with constant fead, which isn't living, is it?
