Have been diagnosed AF 4 years ago on warfarin
Had cancer co lon operation 6 months ago . Had to return emergency surgery for ileostomy.
Now awaiting reversal operation ..Will I have to have injections tummy again?

If you mean stopping warfarin and clexane injections to bridge then that is up to the surgeon in discussion with your cardiologist. We couldn't comment here really. nut quite likely.
If they say you do and you don't like it there then just tell them to give it in your arm. It's just as effective. That's what I did and when I was at home it was better for my husband
I found that the injections were fine while I was waiting for the warfarin to start working! It's a very tiny needle and as long as you hold your tummy up I never felt a thing! But then I do have quite a lot of tummy to hold!
