If you are not on warfarin then this is fine. Why did you have it tested?

Had been having like angina attacks blood pressure really high

If you are not on warfarin or getting bleeding problems, I don't know why the test should be done.

If you have angina, then you would normally be on aspirin or similar

I take a baby asprin everyday 81 mg

Until I had AF and was on warfarin, I couldn't have told you what 'INR' was. Why on earth did you have a test for INR???

I guess they did the test because of my dangerous high blood pressure small blockage and something with aorta

This doesn't sound like a reason; more likely someone just ticked all the boxes on the test form
