After several years of well controlled AF I had a D&V episode that has made my AF surface far too regularly. On a visit to A&E one cardiologist has talked about a pacemaker & sino auricular node ablation. Anyone experienced this & willing to share their thoughts please. Thanks

I haven't had it down but know people who have. It won't cure you AF but it will ensure that your ventricular rate is paced thereby giving you regular ventricular rhythm and hopefully avoiding much of the fatigue etc. The artrium (auricle) can still fibrillate but whilst you may be able to feel it this should not make you feel ill as now.
