Antacids and Warfarin?

For some reason, I have had a bit of an acidy stomach over the last couple of days. Can I take Bisodol without it interfering with Warfarin? I chewed less than half of one tablet in the night, which helped. Its too trivial to bother my GP about this I feel.

Permanent but stable AF, and taking Metoprolol and Warfarin.

Hi Wightbaby, I have no idea to be honest, I would ring my pharmacist not the doctor and double check with them.

Be well

This is the sort of question that your local pharmacist will be able to answer. If I ever want to know if an over-the-counter medication is contr-indicated for my prescribed ones that's what I do and s/he is always helpful

They're very good in the pharmacy, they know more than a lot of doctors. I'd ask them.
