I was interested in what Dr Gupta had to say. Looked at his website and Facebook. It sounds as though he can be contacted and wants to be is their a charge for this does anyone know.

I emailed him a few times about the breathing exercises and he replied very promptly each time, meadfoot. I wondered when the poor man had time to sleep!

I booked an appointment with him online - It didn't cost much - I think about £30 but cant quite remember and then had an excellent half hour chat with him over the phone - as a result I have lost weight and reduced the duration of my AFib episodes
