Hello everyone, dipped out for a while...I find the only way I can cope with my health is be pretending there's nothing wrong- ( should change my name to Ostrich I think!) - so I've been avoiding all A Fib related info...however, just spotted this article and thought I'd share it since I've stopped taking ALL my supplements since becoming ill and appreciate any info on safe supplements! Looks like I will be resuming my Vitamin C now!!

Thanks for this information. Think I'll restart taking the vitamin C tablets I have in my cupboard now.
