Thanks Steve..Excellent, not just popping pills! Why weren't we ever told of this. I would like to know if your blood pressure goes down because of lifestyle changes does the medication need to come down too? I have taken blood pressure tablets since I was 50years old yet at no time has the dose ever been changed, I am now 76. Any knowledge out there about this?
Thank you for posting this, Steve. Another great video. I hope that we can see Bluebell one of these days!
Blood pressure and it's effects explained so clearly! Dr Gupta is just amazing. You can't help but wonder why no one has ever explained things so clearly before.

Excellent advice - thank you for posting it.
Thanks Steve. I went through a long period of stress which not only caused me to have high blood pressure ,but also I believe caused my Afib. I now that many people will not think that this could bethe case, but I firmly think it was the cause. I was put on 80mg of Valsartan a day to treat the blood pressure. Then just over 2 years ago I went to the doctor after suffering dizzy spells , and she confirmed I had low blood pressure. I came off the pills and ever since my BP has been good. I regularly check it and have it checked at the doctors. I have made a life style change with less stress and more regular exercise
Thanks Steve.....very worthwhile and thanks also to Dr Gupta for being so generous with his time!
Thank you Steve. Excellent explanation.
